Mike,

This will be my son's 4th year running the kids marathon, he's 9. They run 25.2 miles at school and then run the last mile on the actual course. He gets so excited when it's time to start training. His school had 60 kids participate last year (it's a K-8 around 500 kids). This year the kids marathon will be on Friday night instead of Saturday morning. It's as much fun for the parents as it is for the kids.
