		<description>Thanks for the insights!  What do you do if your boss is not open and receptive to receiving feedback?  I&#039;ve been trying all year and what you say makes complete sense but it&#039;s just not working.  Team morale is down and people keep coming to me with problems that they should be going to our boss with.  Unfortunately, I don&#039;t have the authority to assist them with their needs and despite my efforts, I&#039;m not making much progress.  Any additional advice is welcome! </description>
