@MichaelHyatt
My favorite and one that I have re-read a few times is....."The Importance of a Leaders Heart". It ministered to me.
But, "The Noticer Project" is the one that introduced me to you. I think I googled something and it popped up. I have since joined twitter, started a blog, did my own Noticer Project and DM you from time to time....

Hi, Michael
I've enjoyed reading most all of your posts because you have a deeper perspective on many areas upon which I am just scratching the surface.

Christopher Hopper and I are writing a new YA Fantasy series for Thomas Nelson called The Prophecies of Berinfell. And we've been brainstorming about "tribe-building" so reading your post about Seth's book and about how to brand were extremely helpful.

Definitely the Silver Bullet thinking blog from October. That one really challenged me. It's so easy to think of finding the magic writing plan, the magic eating plan, the magic anything. Your blog challenged me instead to work on the thousands of "incremental improvements" instead. So that's what I've been doing. I sent that blog to two of my businessmen brothers and one of them put you on his regular internet checklist right away. Thanks for the wisdom.

As others have said, I found you because of your running blogs, but I have been a keen follower of your other blogs.

I always read and enjoy your posts and tweets (@michaelhyatt). You have comments worth reading. Whether you intended to or not, you are well on the way to becoming the "tribal leader" of the Christian publishing world. We wish you, your (expanding!) family, and Thomas Nelson the best in 2009.

Hey Mike,
My favorite of your blogs is Whatever Happened to Modesty. So much a favorite that I've included it in my January newsletter (I asked and received your permission).

I look forward to your continued blogs; especially I anticipate the second part on Marketing 101.

Thank you for sharing with us.
