I think corporate guidelines like this are mostly about making clueless CEOs, executive committees, and lawyers feel better about &quot;inviting&quot; employees to blog. </description>

It&#039;s very fascinating to me to find this emerging trend of companies that *encourage* blogging, as opposed to identifying it as absolutely antithetical to productivity.
