I love the "what I learned from bad/good bosses" posts. I'm dealing with a difficult boss right now, and they give me a lot of insight on how to deal with the situation. AND how not to repeat her behavior myself!

Thanks Mike. This is good to see. I sent a comment a couple of months back, suggesting that some people might like to read something from you about how to write better. So I’m gratified to see Mary deMuth’s guest blog come in at #6. This top ten must tell you something about the make-up of your readers. Will that alter the emphasis of what you post in the future?

Thanks for all of your blog posts. I've learned a GREAT deal reading them and have made it a daily read. I also follow you on twitter which has opened my eyes to publishers and given me a completely new perspective of Thomas Nelson. I was thinking of self publishing my first manuscript, but with all of this information at my fingertips, I would be crazy not to try submitting it first. Thanks again!
