Michael,

I will be submitting a post on leadership as soon as possible. I am just launching my site. My readership is low at this point. Twitter has 30+ followers. Linkedin with 500. My personal FB page has close to 400 but my company FB page is just recently available.

Will the fledgling nature of my site be a determining factor in your decision making process? Or will content drive your overall decision and the other information will be used for tracking impact of your guest blogging initiative? I would be a great case study! 0-60 in 1 leadership blog!

Michael, one of the things I love about your blog is your generosity in helping others. I'm planning to start guest posting and your guidelines, and the posts you've suggested as additional reading on this topic, are excellent. I can certainly understand that you're looking for high quality guest posts - why shouldn't you? I hope one day I can write a post that will meet you standards - that will be very special. Thank you for investing the time and energy to keep this wonderful blog vibrant and interesting.
