    Unless you have clinical anxiety, in which case statements like these only serve to increase the stigma associated with mental illnesses. I think what he probably means is "worrying," in which case it comes closer to the mark. Sorry! Ordinarily I love your blog, but not today.

    I read Seth's comment yesterday, but it didn't grab my heart. I tried to apply his insight to my situation, but it failed to connect. There are times when anxiety is a reality of life.
