    I would have to say what about the verses in the Bible addressing fear like perfect love casts out all fear AND God has not given us a spirit of timidity BUT of power, love and discipline 2 tim 1 :7 I would have to say when we don’t have fear it might just be that we are taking the promises of God and acting on them…that is called faith…and holding God to His word
