For every athlete who made it to the Olympics, there are hundreds—probably thousands—who tried out. Here are a few who didn’t quite make the cut. All I can say is “Ouch!”

    Funny, yet one feels compassion for the ones who, erm, slip up.

    At least it appears they all walked, or limped, away. I held my breath for the young lady on – and off – the balance beam, at least she seemed to be okay.
