Take Your Business to the Next Level with Dave Ramsey

Dave Ramsey and I have been personal friends for more than fifteen years. I was his publisher at Thomas Nelson for almost a decade. I love his message and the impact it has had on my family and millions of people around the world.

I was especially excited when Dave invited me to speak at his upcoming EntreLeadership Master Series in Orlando on October 14–20, 2012. This is something I have wanted to attend since participating in his one-day EntreLeadership event in Houston a few years ago.

Unfortunately, when I checked my calendar, I discovered I was already booked to speak at two other events that same week.

Rats. I’ll have to miss the event this year. This is the only conference still on my bucket list.

But you don’t have to. This conference could be the most important experience you ever have in terms of your personal leadership development—especially if you own or manage a small business.

Why? Because being a business leader is often a difficult and lonely journey.

It’s difficult because most of us have never been trained in how to build a successful small business. It’s lonely because we are often so focused on our own survival we don’t have time to connect with those who could help us take it to the next level.

The EntreLeadership Master Series is a seven-day event that addresses both of these issues in a fun, energetic learning environment. Dave shares the “playbook” he used to take his business from a card table in his living room to become a major national brand.

Frankly, this is the stuff you should have learned in business school. Dave will teach you how to:

  • Inspire and empower your people to take ownership and drive growth.
  • Build employee loyalty and eliminate gossip.
  • Take care of your team and best serve your customers.
  • Set and reach goals you might have thought were impossible.
  • Build a profitable, financially solid business.

Dave shares practical wisdom from the trenches based on his twenty-plus years building a dynamic, growing company. This is not armchair theory. This is practical, from-the-trenches wisdom you need to succeed in today’s competitive environment.

Here are five reasons why you should come to EntreLeadership Master Series:

  1. Instruction. You’ll hear from Dave and other outstanding speakers.
  2. Coaching. You’ll have the opportunity to be coached by executives from Dave’s own team (Executive and Platinum Access only).
  3. Entertainment. The conference is held in the beautiful Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando.
  4. Fellowship. You’ll experience the joy of connecting with other like-minded entrepreneurs. You’ll also be able to interact with Dave and his team.
  5. Motivation. You’ll be challenged and inspired to take your business—and your life—to the next level.

Just because your business is small doesn’t mean you shouldn’t have access to world-class training and coaching. This is your opportunity to get it.

Come spend seven days with Dave in Orlando.

This conference is limited to just 200 people. As a result, it will sell out quickly. You can register by going to the EntreLeadership Master Series website or calling (888) 227–3223. If you mention you read about the conference here, you’ll get a $500 discount.

Thanks Michael for the info. Though I am not able to attend this right now, I hope I could attend one in the near future.

Thanks for sharing this, Michael. I’m a huge Ramsey fan myself and had no idea he was coming to my hometown so soon. It sounds like an event not to be missed. :)

I hope you can go. I have talked to several people who attended, and they raved about it.

As a proud Financial Peace University graduate, I can only imagine what a week with Dave and his team would be like. I’ve told my wife when I can afford to attend this conference, I know I will be at a point where I can smile at significant progress in my business. This conference is also on my bucket list, and I hope I can cross it off within five years.

We were at EntreLeadership a couple of years ago and highly recommend it!

  • Cindy Sproles

I’ve found most anything Dave Ramsey promotes is awesome.

Agreed. His stuff is always first class. His team really pays attention to the details.

My husband and I attended this conference when it was in Cancun in 2009. It has impacted our lives dramatically. We even refer to life as before Entre, and after Entre now.
We have since been to five other EntreLeadership events and have taken all our core team members to Chris LoCurto’s EntreLeadership three day event. It is a MUST if you want to take your business to the next level. I can promise that it is worth the money; you won’t be disappointed.

That’s great to hear, Katie. Thanks.

    It’s Thursday. I wasn’t expecting a post today, let alone a full-length one.

It will take me a couple of weeks to get fully synched. I had some previous commitments.

Attended the EntreLeadership Master Series in San Antonio in Fall 2011. Exceptional experience! I went to a leading business school and they did not teach us the stuff I learned at ELMS.

The DNA and culture Dave has established at his company is world class in every way. They pull the curtain back and share everything. The real value add is the opportunity to spend 1:1 time with key members of their team.Only one word to describe the experience — gamechanger!

I attended the event in Nashville, and it was amazing! I learned so much more than the lesson in the course line up. Entreleadship is a program that keeps giving long after you leave. My team and I took an entire weekend in isolation to breakdown the program. We have implemented several distinct points directly from the program. We have more planned to implement. I’m not sure what the final ROI will be, but it will be huge! It’s not inexpensive, but totally worth it!

And, I wouldn’t be part of the MH community if not for Entreleadship. They love you there. Hurry up Michael! :-)

Awesome, Todd. Thanks so much for your story and your encouragement!

      • http://www.toddliles.com/ Todd Liles

If I can help people make the commitment, I’m in! It’s scary for a small business to invest that kind of money on a program. But oh man! It is worth it.

        • http://twitter.com/Jim_Sheppard Jim Sheppard

Todd, totally agree. Not a small investment, but worth many times the price. I felt like I could leave after day 1 and would have gotten my money’s worth!

Sounds like a great conference, Michael. I really have enjoyed Dave’s book, Entre Leadership. I’m actually going to a different Leadership Conference this weekend in SanDiego, with Steve Farber and Sally Hogshead. Hopefully I’ll be able to get to your Platform conference next year.

    • http://michaelhyatt.com/ Michael Hyatt

Thanks, John. Dave is second-to-none when it comes to content and delivery.
I hope you can come to the Platform Conference too. We are getting together a tremendous lineup of speakers.

      • http://successbeginstoday.org/wordpress John Richardson

It’s nice to see that Dave is simulcasting some of his events. With the cost of travel, hotels, and even parking, it’s nice when you can attend an event locally.

      • http://www.toddliles.com/ Todd Liles

Please send me the platform conference details

        • http://michaelhyatt.com/ Michael Hyatt

We don’t have the details yet. We are still pulling them together. However, we will have a website up shortly and will announce the details here on my site.

I went through FPU, personally, and it was so very beneficial. The company I work for is in desperate need of something like this program but, unfortunately, desperate need also equates to not being able to afford it. I really hope others are able to attend, though, because Dave Ramsey is such an inspiration and such a help. I am proud to say that I, personally, paid off all of my credit cards and am in the debt snowball process of paying off my student loans. God Bless!

  • mattheinricy

I attended the one day EL simulcast last year and it was great.  Can’t wait to make it to the real thing.

This is some good stuff!!!  I saw Dave at a TD Jakes leadership conference last year and enjoyed gleaning from his field!  Will definitely have to check more into this.  And just wanted to formally introduce myself and say Hi, Mr. Hyatt!  I have the Platform book and now I need to learn more about the Platform conference as well!

I really would love to attend. It seems as if this could be what is missing in terms of taking my business to the next level!
