    I have really been coming to terms with this recently. With 6 kids and a pain disorder, the thought of starting can be overwhelming. This year I was determined to be more disciplined. I’ve been getting together with an accountability group where we share our goals and hold each other to them and their deadlines.

    I’ve already realized I can’t multi-task anymore, my work turns to junk. I’ve got to relearn to focus on one thing at a time.

    This is great stuff and it is those little distractions (social media, email, etc.) that I struggle with daily. I am doing something similar called The Pomodoro Technique (see that includes periods of work and breaks.
