My team and I asked participants how their lives changed and what advice they would give the rest of us about accomplishing more in 2015. We combed through all the responses and picked the five most inspiring.

This year, David wanted to blow away his preconceptions of what was possible for him. He set very specific goals to stretch himself—and accomplished more than he ever thought possible.
